Legacy Hacks is the Legacy Conference’s first MLH-backed Hackathon taking place this coming Spring. It will be a gathering of intellect, creativity and innovation where Computer Science students from all over Ontario come together to solve company sponsored challenges, develop solutions to everyday problems and meet like-minded individuals.
You’re going to be on the founding team of Legacy Hacks, so there’s going to be a ton of cool things to work on - plus you’re going to be working alongside some of uOttawa’s finest to make it happen.
Interested in joining the team working to make this happen?
You'll have to:
Liaising and effectively coordinating with operations lead — from organizing exposition and implementing workshops
Researching about just everything — we like to innovate and do things differently
Using metrics and data to inform design decisions
Have to “wear many hats” to get the job done
You will need to:
A "get shit done" attitude
Have a love for lean processes and problem-solving
Be extremely organized with great prioritization skills
A huge desire to learn
Enjoy working in a ridiculously fast-paced environment
Thrive on change and be comfortable with doing things unconventionally
An ability to build relationships and communicate in a professional yet effective manner
