VP Member Development

  • Maintain constant correspondence between Core 1, 2 and 3 members
  • Oversee the execution of monthly team socials
  • Oversee the recruitment of new members and recruitment events
  • Develop initiatives to engage members and have them involved throughout the entire year
  • Create and implement a professional development program, as well as an advisory program for members
  • Be present at all Enactus uOttawa related events, functions and initiatives
  • Coordinate the collection of volunteer hours
  • Assist in planning general meetings and PMRTs
  • Take meeting notes at PMRT and GMs and share these notes with the rest of the team
  • Send out weekly update emails to the entire team
  • Engage members in social enterprise and innovation
  • Maintain a positive team culture throughout the year and facilitating mentorship opportunities for members
  • Plan all logistics related to Enactus competitions and retreats
