VP Marketing

  • Lead and manage deliverables for Enactus uOttawa’s overall marketing & communications strategy, and plan branding objectives for all our projects and events
  • Execute on key messaging by managing new content and materials for all media platforms
  • Manage, mentor and grow the marketing team across the board (Digital Media, PR, Website, Creative)
  • Clearly and effectively delegate deliverables to team members and monitors progress; set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with directors and project managers to ensure that marketing deliverables are being executed properly and efficiently
  • Continuously challenge the status quo, think outside the box, and provide stimulus for creative and innovative solutions
  • Understand and identify all possible online and offline lead source opportunities for our projects and for the broader social enterprise sector, and be able to prioritize campaigns to target each separately
  • Increase Enactus’ presence throughout the community as well as on campus through effective marketing strategies
  • Create lead generation and exposure campaigns to increase project impact and sales, measure results and report on effectiveness through ROI, working metrics and KPIs to the executive team
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing-related material for competitions, such as presentations and annual reports
